Returns & Refund Policy

At Lennox Active, we want you to love what you wear. Because our pieces are seamless activewear worn close to the body, we maintain strict hygiene and condition standards on all returns. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted. To start a return, email us at [lnnxchoi@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a return authorization from us — unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners still attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items that are worn, washed, stained, scented (perfume, deodorant, smoke, body odor), damaged by the customer, or missing tags or hygiene liners will be rejected and returned to you at your expense, with no refund issued.

Final sale — non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refundedunder any circumstances:

  • Sports bras, bra tops, and any built-in-bra garments
  • Shorts, leggings, and bottoms once the hygiene liner has been removed or the item has been tried on without underwear
  • Any item marked as final sale, clearance, or purchased on discount or with a promotional code

Because these items are worn intimately against the body, we cannot resell them, and we are unable to accept their return once opened or tried on.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and refunds cannot be issued for items we do not receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected and approved by our team, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund that does not meet the conditions above, or to issue a partial refund for items returned in reduced condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your eligible item under this policy (if applicable) and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at [lnnxchoi@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Verified cases will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours or without photo evidence may not be accepted.

Shipping times

Please note that our items ship directly from our fulfillment partners and delivery can take [7–14 business days]. Longer-than-average shipping times are expected for some items and are not grounds for a refund unless your order fails to arrive within 30 days of the order date.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as items are sent to fulfillment quickly. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
